BEDROOMS

This charming condo has two bedrooms and can sleep up to five guests comfortably. The primary bedroom features a Queen size bed surrounded by an artistic accent wall, high ceilings, and a window that looks out over the yard. There are lamps on each side of the bed for bedtime reading, a Smart TV for your entertainment, and a closet to keep all of your clothing organized.

The second bedroom is an upstairs loft, a bright and cheery space with a bunk bed and a kid's corner, complete with toys and books. Read books together in the egg-shaped swing chair, or watch the kids explore the baskets of plush toys and family board games. This safe and clean upstairs area also has a private bathroom. The bathroom closet is complete with a chalkboard wall, twinkling rope lights, and a play tent to encourage the little ones to let their imaginations run wild!

The sofa in the downstairs living area pulls out into a bed to accommodate more sleeping guests.

BATHROOMS

There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and another downstairs. The upstairs bathroom has a modern walk-in shower with rainshower features behind sliding glass doors. It also features a bowl sink, a designer vanity area, and you’ll find plenty of plush towels.

The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a frosted bowl sink, plenty of storage, and more towels. In this bathroom, there’s also a stackable washer and dryer, another convenience aimed at making your trip to Bend as comfortable as possible.

KITCHEN

Previous guests have commented that the kitchen looks like it belongs in a home design magazine. It features sleek stainless steel appliances, trendy subway tile backsplash, custom cabinets, and sleek hanging light fixtures.

The full-size refrigerator and cabinets are perfect for keeping your family’s favorite groceries organized. Early birds can wake up, start the coffee maker, prepare a quick breakfast and enjoy it on the deck with a view. Four seats at the breakfast bar make for a comfortable place to enjoy drinks and snacks, and the extended counter space makes meal preparation a breeze.

LOUNGE & OUTSIDE SPACE

The downstairs living room is sunny and bright, put together carefully with modern design finishes, soft accent pillows and blankets, and locally inspired artwork. The gray and white color tones will make you feel right at home, and the high ceilings and large windows help you feel free and relaxed in the spacious lounge. Choose between the pull-out sofa or the two modern armchairs to sink into.

For a change of pace, push open the sliding glass doors to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living and step onto the deck overlooking the woods. You’ll find a table for four as well as a seating area for morning coffee or conversations. There's also a gas grill if you choose to eat in.

Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
